Job Description:
The Director or Vice President of Sales is responsible for the overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of all of the sales activities of the business. Responsible for expanding accounts, meeting assigned quota and closing the sale in tactically important account opportunities. The position reports directly to the President.

St Petersburg/Moscow/Kiev
Job Requirements:
- Marketing, Management or Sales in IT industry related education is desirable
- Minimum 5 years as a Sales Manager
- Ability to forecast, communicate and understand general contract terms and influence decision makers
- Proven ability to drive strong revenue growth on international marketplace (b2b/b2c)
- Successful experience in analyzing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for local markets (North America, Europe, Asia)
- Results-oriented management skills, building the inside sales and marketing teams from the ground up
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, public presentation skills
